Start your club
Five steps, and the club is running.
One subscription covers everyone. Thirty days free, no card to start, and every rower, coach, coxswain, parent and volunteer joins free with the club code.

Register the club in the app
Open Crew Wise in your browser — or on your phone — tap Register your club, and pick your club from the Rowing NZ list. Your 30-day trial starts on the spot and the whole club can use it straight away. Step-by-step guide · the first twenty minutes
-
Pick a plan before the trial ends
Starter $19/month — a small club: 12 boats, 90 days of logbook, and the whole safety routine. Club $39/month — most clubs: unlimited boats, the full logbook, a Shedboard device, imports, squads and the attendance register. Championship $600/year, billed monthly in advance at $50 — a squad programme: the Crew Wise assistant, squads that fill themselves, attendance analytics and a second Shedboard device.
All prices NZD, per club, with unlimited members on every plan. See every line side by side or request more information and we will say which tier fits your fleet.

Tell us which one, and get the invoice
Email info@hawkesbayrowing.co.nz with your club’s name and the plan you want. The invoice comes back with your club’s payment reference on it — something like
RWL-KARAMU-0926— so the payment matches itself up when it lands. -
Pay the way that suits
New Zealand — bank to bank
Pay the invoice by direct transfer with your reference code. No card fees on either side, and your plan activates automatically when the deposit lands.
Anywhere — card
The invoice includes a secure Stripe payment link. Your plan activates the moment payment clears.
-
Done
The app shows your plan under Admin→Your plan, with every tier compared line by line. Change plan or cancel any time by email — it takes effect on your next invoice, and nothing your club has recorded is ever deleted when a plan changes.
Subscriptions are sold here on the website — never inside the iPhone app — so there are no app-store surcharges in your price. The safety routine is free on every plan, for good: signing a boat out and back in, damage reporting, live fleet status, the logbook, conditions with the rowing-status light, bookings, Club Chat and RSVPs. They keep working even if a subscription lapses, and there is no limit on how many members a club has.
Before the first crew turns up
Twenty minutes of setup and nothing will be missing on the first morning: add the boats with their weight ranges, check the join code and share it, set the wind and temperature thresholds, confirm the shed’s location and tide station, say who gets emailed when a boat breaks, promote your coaches and administrators, and put the week’s training up.

The guided tour runs on sample data from a made-up club — no account, about three minutes.
