Quick answers

How do I sign a boat out?

Home → Take a boat out → tap a boat under Fits you → name the crew seat by seat → pick the expected duration → Continue → Confirm Sign Out. More

How do I report damage?

At return, answer How did the boat come back? with Needs some attention or Out of order and describe what happened. More

Why is a parent in my chat?

An adult and a member under 18 are never alone in a conversation — the linked guardian is included, and a banner says so. More

Can I use it on a computer or Android phone?

Yes. Open Crew Wise in your browser on a Mac, PC, Chromebook, Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad — same account, same club, same logbook. More

The join code will not work

Codes forgive capitals, spaces, dashes and 0/O mix-ups, so a code that fails has almost always been changed. Ask an administrator for the current one. More

How does the club pay?

One subscription per club, bought on this website, with unlimited members. See the plans or start your club.
