Prices in New Zealand dollars, per club. Most club software is priced by how many members you have, so a club that grows pays more every season; Crew Wise is not. A club of forty and a club of four hundred pay the same.

How clubs pay
Subscriptions are sold here on the website, never inside the app — so there is no app-store surcharge baked into your price, and the app is free for everyone in your club to install.
New Zealand: bank to bank
Pay your invoice by direct transfer with your club’s reference code — no card surcharges on either side. Your plan activates automatically the moment the deposit lands.
Anywhere: card
Clubs outside New Zealand, or anyone who would rather use a card, pay through a secure link on the invoice. Cancel any time; invoices land in your inbox.
Your data stays yours
Export the logbook as CSV or the whole club as a backup file at any time on the Club and Championship plans. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
Pricing questions
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Your club administrator picks a plan and pays the invoice, and nothing about the club changes. If no plan is chosen, the club drops to Starter limits — twelve boats and the last ninety days of the logbook — and keeps the whole safety routine: sign-out and return, damage reporting, live fleet status, the logbook, conditions with the rowing-status light, bookings, Club Chat and RSVPs. Nothing is deleted, and nothing you have recorded goes anywhere.
What if we stop paying?
Everything keeps working for fourteen days past the due date while the treasurer gets to it, and you are told rather than cut off. After that the club moves to Starter limits and the paid extras pause — but every boat, outing, booking, message and member record is still exactly where you left it, and every safety feature above still works. Pay whenever you are ready and the club picks up where it stopped, with the full history back.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, at any time and in either direction. Email info@hawkesbayrowing.co.nz and the change takes effect on your next invoice — there is no contract and no cancellation fee. Moving down never deletes anything: a plan with a shorter logbook window simply shows less of your own history until you move back up.
Do members have to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole club, however big it gets. Rowers, coxswains, coaches, parents, guardians and volunteers all create free accounts and join with the club’s code, and nobody is ever asked for a card. Members can belong to more than one club on the same account.
Which plan suits a large club?
Club or Championship. Both remove the boat limit and keep the whole logbook. Championship is built for a club running several squads through a season: squads that fill themselves from grade, side and age, squad channels, attendance analytics, a second Shedboard device for a shed with a bay at each end, and the Crew Wise assistant. Membership numbers never change the price on any plan.
Which features are never paywalled?
Signing a boat out and back in, damage reporting, live fleet status and Who’s Out Right Now, the automatic logbook, conditions with the rowing-status light, boat bookings, the rules about who may take which boat, Club Chat and Coaches Only, under-18 messaging protection, RSVPs, Club Rules and Key Contacts, and unlimited members. They are on every plan, they are not part of any tier, and they keep working if a subscription lapses.
Is anything sold inside the app?
No. The app shows what each plan includes and nothing more — no prices, no checkout, no card details. Plans are bought here on the website by the club’s administrator.
